Re: Da Fire BIG PAPPA SANDY, Utah — Marco Pappa scored a hat trick and the Chicago Fire made a huge statement at sold-out Rio Tinto Stadium on Wednesday night, spoiling Javier Morales' return with a 3-0 victory and keeping their playoff hopes very much alive against a stunned Real Salt Lake. The Guatemalan scored his first goals since late June and carried the Fire to their third straight win and within three points of the 10th and final playoff spot. In the process, they put a huge dent in RSL's Supporters' Shield hopes and sent the hosts — who lost captain Kyle Beckerman to an early red card — to their second consecutive three-goal loss. http://www.mlssoccer.com/matchcenter/2011-09-28-real-salt-lake-vs-chicago-fire/recap
