Rookie sensation Michael Grabner, who led the Islanders with 34 goals after being claimed off waivers, is staying with New York after agreeing to a five-year deal that keeps him away from free agency.

The total deal is worth $15 million, sources told ESPN.com's Pierre LeBrun. Grabner will receive $1 million in 2011-12 and receive a $1 million raise in each of the following four years.
