What are the best cities for partying in the USA? I've heard many lowkey cities like Des Moines Iowa and Miluakee Wisconsin are really good. people like to get hammered and there are a lot of chicks there? not talking about hipster dive bars or upscale ultralounges where you need a certain type of shoe to get inside, but places where big-tittied white chicks get wasted and dance on bars for free while doing body shots off each other what else?
I've had a "good time" everytime I've gone to Chicago. I like how they party until 4am. New Orleans, while a little dirty is fucking awesome too.
It just depends on when you are there and who you are with. Gone out in probably every major city in the country. Had good times and bad times in both. First time I was in Orlando, we had the craziest most fun night at this bar right around the corner from the team hotel. I was like, Orlando is the shit! Past 5 seasons, it's been wacked! I didn't realize we were there during spring break. Also Indianapolis is a lame ass city, but we were there one year on St. Patricks Day and had a blast. If I had been there just that 1 time, Indy would have been a happening place in my eyes.
A few months ago I got denied entrance to a club because I was wearing bright white Adidas. It was part of a ridiculous outfit involving bright orange and white elements (I looked like a creamsicle) and it didn't occur to me that, in spite of their ridiculousness, they WERE tennis shoes, and I was asked to "change my shoes". Of course, my other shoes were a cab ride away (back in my hotel room) and so my lady friends went in and I went back to the hotel room, drank a lot more, changed my shoes and went to another club within walking distance. I like Vegas, but it has its irritants. Ed O.
san antonio isn't bad but if you're going all that way you might as well go to austin. that place is crazy and it has everything you could want in the downtown area for drinking. crazy college bars, chill bars with live music and more upscale 30ish places. tempe/phx is pretty good, mill ave on the asu campus is always a good time. if you are looking for wild and crazy the general rule of thumb is to stick close to major universities. Madison Wisconsin is awesome i've heard and i'm partial to Pullman for some crazy nights.

+1 Had a fun fucking time at the Landing followed by some debachery over at diamond caberet across the river! I think this is the place I went to.
