Bob Arum, the promoter for Manny Pacquiao, is supposedly running out of opponents for his cash cow fighter Manny Pacquiao to fight. After exhausting most of the fighters in his stable near the welterweight division, Arum would like to match Pacquiao up with Floyd Mayweather Jr.

The problem is Arum doesn’t seem eager for Pacquiao to accept the random blood tests from the agency that Mayweather wants, the USADA. As such, you can forget a fight between Mayweather and Pacquiao happening until Arum has a change of mind about the testing.

But there is one opponent who can bring in huge numbers as well and would have excellent chance of whipping Pacquiao and that’s Sergio Martinez. He’s fought most of his career at welterweight and light welterweight.
