The deal is rumoured to be €30M up front, €6M in incentives, and €4M by way of Fabregas waiving the remaining amount on his contract. Certainly a far cry from his real value as a player but it seems we were never in a position of strength with the player unsettled and only willing to move to one team.

Must say as much as I like Cesc, Barca acted like twats throughout this process and I can only wish the worst on that miserable franchise.

Presumably RVP becomes captain and Vermaelen vice captain.

I can only hope we decide to offer Nasri the kind of money he requires to stay. We need him now. We need creativity in the midfield. He could have a much larger role on this team. Hopefully this is what his agent has been anticipating. Selling him now would be a step back we can't afford.

I'm fine with losing Cesc, as long as we keep Nasri; we played better without Cesc last season anyway.

Barca once again ripped us off. Laughing stock in doing buisiness Arsene. Nasri is leaving to Man Shitty. We are screwed and wenger does nothing about it. Great times indeed.
