After watching the beginning of the college basketball season last night and seeing some of the prospects out there. I was wondering if any one has heard any thoughts or rumors how they would determine the draft order if there is a lost season.

Can't think off the top of my head what the NHL did in 2005.

really, no matter how the weighted draft is set up, the Blazers will not be in a good position. Not the worst, but most likely right outside the lottery. A 3 year weight would be bad for the Blazers. A 5 year weight would be better, but still nothing but middle of the pack result. And if the weighted based on if you won the top pick in the past five years like the NHL did, then the Blazers would get screwed again by selecting Oden.

    Agreed.

Maybe if they take into account total player minutes lost due to injury we could really improve our position.
