    The Kings do have a reason to win this. The Blazers have little reason to win though that doesn't seem to stop them from logging wins when losses seem to be what they are trying to do?

    Rockets had no reason to win, and they still rolled the Blazers in a packed house on Super Scoot fan appreciation night. Portland has become specialists in finding new ways to lose.

    Do I understand this correctly? If there is a three way tie for third, all three teams will have the same chance of landing in the top four lottery? Would all five top teams have the same chance? Would it be reduced from the present 52%?
