    Being basketball-savvy enough to know when to be selfish is an absolute great quality in an NBA team's primary scorer.

    I don't think selfishness works in today's NBA. Kevin Durant can takeover a game whenever he pleases, but he'll give touches to Harden & Westbrook too. In Miami, they had a big 3. The only real chuckling selfish player to win a championship recently is Kobe, because even though he did give Gasol touches it was basically his team. They won a championship though, so it worked.
