Open spots for the Raptors

Raptors currently only have 13 players and (i believe) are under the minimum salary required by the league. So are there any potential pickups around? or anyone you think the Raptors should target?

Terrance Williams and Greg Oden were recently released by their teams and i think they are low risk/high reward type guys. We should definitely look at Williams, i think he can be Iggy level player, just needs the right opportunity.

Been a huge TWill fan since Louisville days. I would love him on this team, with Johnson we could be beastly.
