I'm guessing they shelve him the remainder of the way...

It's really a bummer - If he is out, I hope he can still qualify for some post-season honors.

Eh, season is over. No point in putting him out there to hurt our draft lottery. More time for the young guys and, with the excuse that LA is injured, the tank will be slightly veiled.

Outstanding news. Get his ass off the floor in these meaningless games and make sure nothing damages the hip more than it might already be. Hopefully it's nothing serious. If I were him I would pay out of my own pocket to see the Phoenix Suns dr's though. Can they do MF surgery on your hip?

Don't let them put you under, LA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed. I hate to see my team not go 100%, but I guess it's better to protect him from further injury...

Next time we see him, it should be repping the team in Seacaucus, NJ.

I had an moment of panic, MM. It's like every time Oden went in for something routine, BAM, another microfracture.

LA getting an MRI?? Shit, he's going to wake up and be like, "Doc, where's my leg? You removed my entire leg and hip?"

Amputation and MF surgery jokes are very amusing when it comes to the Blazers.

I hope that Paul Allen has been getting his card punched. I think the 10th one is free with the purchase of a soft drink.

Amusing. And yet.... so.... so..... sad. Because quite often, the jokes turn true when they involve our players.

Someone should abduct Aldridge and hold him hostage until the Blazers fire their training staff.

STAY AWAY FROM LMA! STAY AWAY FROM LMA!

Hopefully Hickson doesnt kick too much ass with the extra minutes. I dont want him driving his price up any more than he already has.

Well I do hope it isn't serious ... but I'm glad to hear they're finally shutting him down for the rest of the year with absolutely nothing left to learn about this team.
