Robert Guerrero (29-1-1, 18 KO’s) will have a tough welcoming to the welterweight division on July 28th in his fight against contender Selcuk Aydin (23-0, 17 KO’s) as the two fighters will be fighting for the interim WBC welterweight title at the Shark Tank in San Jose, California. Guerrero, 29, hasn’t fought since last year in April in a win over Michael Katsidis in the lightweight division. Guerrero is now moving up in weight 12 pounds to fight a much bigger puncher in the undefeated Aydin. Guerrero had been planning on fighting Marcos Maidana last year, but he injured his left shoulder during sparring while trying to get ready for Maidana.
