Those aren't real fans, they're idiots who base their whole existence on how the Lakers (or whatever team) does.
I'm not even a Lakers fan and it pisses me off how many wide open looks Steve Blake bricks. It's maddening. Shane Battier is another one.
I haven't had much time to watch the playoffs this season, but wasn't it Blake that hit a 3 in game 7 of the first round that essentially got LA to the 2nd round?
Yeah, it's one thing to get po'd if a player misses a basket in the NBA playoffs. Or wide rights a field goal in the Super Bowl. Or lets a grounder roll through his legs in the World Series. Sending death threats to his family, though, is hardly going to make the guy a better player. "oh man I can't miss that shot or someone will kill my wife and kids". Yeah right.
Is there any link to prove that killing Blake wouldn't improve the Lakers? Well? So what is the problem?
When was the last time a pro athlete was actually killed for fucking up in a game? There have been millions of death threats... how many have actually come to fruition? That idiot punt returner for the 49ers got death threats too, and yet he's still alive.
Here's a Dwight Jayne's article where he somehow makes this situation into a story about him http://www.csnnw.com/pages/landingd...you-are-pretty-s=1&blockID=710102&feedID=8351
Exactly. Wives of athletes need to stay off Twitter. They only make things worse. What was her comment about Portland fans?
