The Warriors are unlikely to trade up from the No. 7 slot and instead could move down, according to multiple sources.

Golden State is trying to package Dorell Wright with the No. 7 pick to move up.

“Dorell Wright isn’t enough,” one league source said. “The offers in the top five are better.”

The Warriors prefer to trade down for a later pick and a player.

If we're going down, looks like the warriors could go for a role player big man and they won't get a shooting guard/small forward at the single digit spots in the draft.

You know the warriors have been trying to go for a player like Zach Randolph/Elton Brand for a few years now (look at the Ike Diogu and attempt for Mike Sweetney type of drafts)

Just throwing something out there. I love Klay's game. And typically, you don't trade proven talent for unproven, but would you consider moving him to go get Kidd-Gilchrist? Finding a replacement 2 shouldn't be too difficult, and Rush can fill the hole if need be.

Yeah, I would do that. Klay is cool, but if we want a defensive wing that can also score a guy like Gilchrist would be valuable.
