It's good that the rule of law will prevail. I see no rule they've disclosed that allows them to kill us. If you have done nothing wrong, you have nothing to fear.
Getting out of hand? They've been out of hand for a while now. Executive orders were never meant for legislation. http://www.cato.org/testimony/ct-wo102799.html Tell that to the people who've been wrongly incarcerated for years, or put on death row, only to have modern day DNA testing set them free. The problem with your premise is that you don't get to determine what is wrong, others do.
Apparently. I looked up one of those at random (11005). It was signed by JFK in 1962. Yes, 50 years ago. barfo
I question how the usage of executive orders has been used by various Presidents to circumvent the will of Congress at times.
Clearly they are getting out of hand! The government stripped us of all of our rights 50 years ago and only through the power of Photoshop and the Internet can we see infographics and charts that reveal it. I bet there's a 37 minute-long YouTube clip of some dude talking about it, too. Ed O.
Presidents have done this since George Washington. If the President can't issue orders that are kept secret from the American people, how can he kill a million foreigners in each war to overthrow their dictator and install an open democracy?
Saying it doesn't make it true. The Second Amendment was written specifically to prevent this shit from ever happening, and so far it's been a pretty effective deterrent. Be wary, and always carry.
