    Yes I think they should because they are giving there time to entertain many people in the world.

    I do too. Some actually put their lives on hold to train.

    Olympians are paid each time they win a medal. Each country pays out differently. I believe the United States pays out $25K for a gold medal where Russis pays $100K for gold. Olympians are also paid through endorsements they are able to obtain. As they sacrifice so much (health, body, time, lives) to represent their countries, I believe they should be rewarded with a cash payment.

    I always thought they did. But yes, I think they should get paid a bit for their time.
