The Chicago Cubs signed right-handed pitcher Scott Feldman to a one-year contract, the team announced on Tuesday. Feldman's deal is for $6 million with the chance to earn an additional $1 million in incentives, a major league source told ESPNChicago.com's Bruce Levine.
