Tight end Kellen Winslow said Monday that he "definitely" is planning to play in the NFL in the 2013 season and three teams have contacted him to express interest. Winslow said in an interview with the NFL Network that he has taken up cycling to get in shape for the season and that the Cleveland Browns, Oakland Raiders and Carolina Panthers have expressed interest in him this offseason.
