I went to a number of Beaver games when he was a freshman, and I loved him. Easily my favorite player. Although he was very green, I thought at the time he was the only player on the team with NBA potential. I didn't get a chance to watch him much last season, but I'll try to make of point of catching more games this year.

I was always impressed with Roberson. A good glue guy.

Moreland has nba potential unfortunately he played for one of the worst coaches in college basketball. I think he'd be a sleeper and would love for the blazers to take a look. Really long wingspan, good athlete who rebounds well and blocks shots.

I didn't think that he'd play this well in Vegas.

    Birdman clone.

i think i was the only one who advocated for him in this years draft. like one post or something, but nonetheless i think he is gonna be a good bench player eventually.

If we can buy out Meyers or Victor he'd make more sense as a 15th man. He has more potential than either of them.

...good for him, that is awesome! He was my favorite player while he was a Beaver. If only they could have fired dumbass Craig Robinson sooner!

SLEEPER of the draft. Kid is made for the NBA, long arms, athletic and a motor. At OSU I really believe we saw very little of what he's truly capable of, my guess is he'll be a 10 year NBA player. Not saying super star or all star just a good solid energy player off the bench.

BTW did I mention what a complete joke Robinson was as a coach. Another reason I think Moreland has huge upside he had horrible coaching at the college level.

Why would you want to compliment him (and Brown is awful)? I've seen high school basketball coaches who were better. The guy had games where his teams would melt down yet he wouldn't call a time out. Remember a couple of games where he ended up not using any of his timeouts in the entire 2nd half of games. I truly believe he was scared to draw up a play because he was scared how bad it would look. Good recruiter, great fund raiser and would loved to have had him in another role at OSU but as far as coaching my 11 year daughter may know more about basketball than he does (ok maybe a slight exaggeration but you get the point lol)

It must be a non-guaranteed camp deal, right? Otherwise, 3 years for an undrafted project seems excessive.

Lots of second round picks get the years; why not an undrafted player who impresses?
