Yes because being third in the league in scoring efficiency and now middle of the pack on defense points to a weak playoff run.
No, but a lot of other factors do, like relying on the 3 pointer for the majority of your offense, and being incredibly thin up front, and no one on the roster with a lot of playoff experience
Tell that to the spurs last season when they shot so many threes and Duncan using mainly mid range shots to score. How far they go in the playoffs?
I have no problem agreeing to disagree with you. But the threes aren't "relying". Most of them are coming on "wide open" attempts, just like Sas last season. There is a huge difference

I don't want them to lose. The question was should we still be tanking. My response is yes. I think a lot of you are jumping on people just to jump on them. Ideally I hope they win out. I just don't think they will, and because I don't feel they have the right players yet, they should tank to get a difference maker in this draft.
Is there a way to see what percentage of the 3 pointers were assisted? Because I think this is at the heart of the if the Blazers are "relying" on the threes or taking "open shots". If they are are just heaving up the threes, then there won't be many assists, but if those threes are designed, and well executed and designed to be the open shots we look for, then they should be well assisted.
