Is it just me or less NBA basketball being televised this year from previous years?

    Has the NBA really turned off that many people? I just remember a lot more NBA on ESPN, TNT and even TBS in previous years. Maybe it will pick up as the season goes on. I don't think I have watch so much NBA TV in my life.:dunno:

    When the NBA made the switch to ABC/ESPN, the # of games on TV dropped significantly.

    It's the same.

    Fan Night on NBATV Tuesdays
    Double Header ESPN Wednesdays
    Double Header TNT Thursdays
    Double Header ESPN Fridays
    Random games 2 nights a week on NBATV

    Starting XMAS you can add a double header on Sundays on ABC on top of that.

    I don't know where the original poster grew up, but that's A LOT of hoops on TV.

    Or you could be like me and get the NBA LeaguePass and have the chance to watch EVERY GOD DAMNED GAME PLAYED!

    it's just you. this is normal for early December. Xmas onward number of games will increase, including sometimes 3 on Sunday.
