Actually no I haven't. His political views put me off a little so I haven't looked at his books. I can say they (& Teller) put on a good magic show at the Rio and are quite friendly in person.

I like Christmas. I just love the holiday. I love the lights. I love the lore. I love the trees. I just enjoy Christmas. I don't care if it's religious. I just enjoy it. I like to give and receive presents. I like to spend time with my family.

Its not that I can't handle reading the opinions of someone I disagree with. We agree on some things. I just find Ayn Rand and free market talk very boring.

one of the best experiences of my life was seeing the Osborne Christmas Lights with family (twice) at Disney's Hollywood Studios. 5 million lights in one small area.

Penn doesn't talk that much about free market stuff. He does have a lot to say about keeping the government out of everyone's personal lives.

who flew in the bible? god "took" people to heaven without death occasionally, but I don't recall anyone going all Neo while still on earth. no Nimbus 2000s in the bible either.

One of my childhood friends fell off the deep end. When totally embarrassed he pulled a foxnews and answered a question that he could not answer besides 'only god knows' and accusations of attacking his Jesus. One of many daily fb rants that totally fucks up my newsfeed  :

This right here is what bugs me about Christians and their "I'm morally superior" smug attitude.

Oh, and his rant about the gays was hilarious -- Apparently it's a choice. I then asked at the time he became interested in girls was he also interested in boys -- hence the "choice". Needless to say, he didn't have an answer.
