The San Diego Chargers have re-signed defensive coordinator John Pagano, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Pagano, whose previous contract expired after this season, had drawn interest from the Tennessee Titans, according to the source. The Chargers retained Pagano on Tuesday, one day after former San Diego offensive coordinator Ken Whisenhunt was hired to be the Titans' head coach.
