Beating the Spurs on their home court in a big game seemed to me, more than any other game this season, like a changing of the guard.

Lamarcus, Damian, and Wes sure seem like a younger, hungrier version of Duncan, Parker, and Ginobli.

We need to do some damage in the postseason first. It's been 14 years since we've won a series.

Yeah, changing of the guard generally happens during the postseason.

I don't think we can gauge the playoffs this season like we have in the past. The east is so weak, really bad teams will be guaranteed to get past the first round by beating other really bad teams. The west is a crapshoot but I'd rather see the Blazers meet the Mavs in the first round than the Suns anyday.
