The Winnipeg Blue Bombers announced today the club has re-signed Canadian offensive lineman Chris Kowalczuk and Canadian defensive lineman Ryan Lucas. As per team policy, details of the agreements are not disclosed. Kowalczuk has spent the past four seasons with the Bombers, seeing action in four games in 2013, while spending the remainder of the season on the reserve list. He started one game in 2012, and dressed for another game later in the season. Lucas is entering his sixth CFL season, and third with the Bombers. He played in three games in 2013, before suffering a season ending injury on July 26, against Calgary. He recorded two tackles in 2013. Press release from the Winnipeg Blue Bombers
