    The Edmonton Eskimo Football Club announces the signing of non-import defensive end Mathieu Boulay.
    Boulay joins the Green and Gold after spending last season with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and the 2011 season with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, playing primarily on special teams.

    In four seasons with the Bishop's Gaiters (2007-10), Boulay played 21 games recording 55.5 tackles, 13 sacks and two forced fumbles. Boulay was named team Lineman of the Year and Defensive MVP his senior season. He was also named the Most Outstanding Defensive Lineman in the 2010 East-West Shrine Game.

    Boulay is a former teammate of Eskimos defensive end Elie Ngoyi.
