The Los Angeles Lakers left Robert Sacre on the court after he fouled out in the fourth quarter. Coach Mike D'Antoni felt it was the best move for his depleted team.

It's been that kind of year for the short-handed Lakers.

Los Angeles lost two more players to injuries Wednesday night and had to go to a little-known NBA rule to hold on for a 119-108 victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

I saw this live and it was really bizarre. I didn't know the rule existed. Sacre stayed in the game but if he fouled he was T'd up. Dunno why the NBA can't just force them to play with four guys?

Coincidentally Kyle Lowry fouled out of the Raps/Kings game last night and was t'd up for heading off the court (second technical). So he was ejected twice.
