Seeing the overwhelming amount of negative threads I thought a "fan" site might do well to have this thread. My picks from the Utah game are Damian and Robin Lopez. They stepped up in a big way!

Lopez is such a big player for us on both ends even though he isn't a focal point of the offense but he is a threat to get a tap in every time and his boxing out helps out with our rebounding in a big way. He was great last night and would have had an even bigger night but the refs kept falling for the old "I'll hook his arm then flop and it'll look like he hooked my arm".

Shout out to Stotts suit last night, I think it might have been a huge factor in the win

Agreed. And they probably don't win that game without Batum in the 4th quarter. He could have sat it out but gave it a go and was a difference maker.

Lillard struggled with his shot but to his credit he did not stop firing.

Fropez was beasting! He does so many little things. I had good seats at an angle that allowed you to see everything going on and what he does off the ball, his fighting for position as soon as the shot goes up and his all out hustle.

I wish his hook shot weren't so side-arm as it creates a very flat trajectory but you can't argue with the effort and results he put up last night. Monster game!

Will Barton was decent, too. He actually started the second half.

Barton's "oh no you didn't do that in a game, you scrub" dunk from last night.

I like seeing Barton get more time. He may be a bit out of control at times but I think he has potential to be a good sixth man. Energy and reckless abandon. Bring it a bit more in control and I like it.

    Gramps...

Props to Nic for coming out of the locker room to help the Blazers win the game in the 4th quarter.

Many want Nico to play with more passion. He has a fractured finger and the flu and goes out there to help fight for a win.

Also props to Will the Thrill . . . Paul George has nothing on Will. Well that might be a stretch, but they are tied in 360 dunks during a game.

Well said! stomache flu has 2 solutions, neither anyone wants to see on a basketball court. Probably few things nastier than a sweaty game ball and then you see guys taking out the mouthguard and putting it back in...high risk right there! I think our starters get a shoutout across the board for 2 seasons logging some of the biggest minutes in the league.
