North Carolina State sophomore T.J. Warren was named ACC Player of the Year over Duke freshman Jabari Parker on Tuesday. The 6-foot-8 Warren, who led the league in scoring at 24.8 points per game, received 48 votes. Parker was second with 25. He was voted the league's freshman of the year. Warren finished the regular season with back-to-back performances of more than 40 points. He had 41 in a win against Pittsburgh and 42 in a victory over Boston College.
