    Sounds to me like she had alcohol poisoning or something. She woke up in a hospital? How many people rape someone and then take them to the hospital?

    She even admits that she had a previous sexual relationship with Kap. There was no mention of any kind of rape or sexual assault. The police are calling it "a suspicious incident."

    That doesn't necessarily prove his innocence. If she was raped, it could have been before the disturbance or before the police were called.

    Not saying he's guilty, the whole thing smells really fishy, but I'm just saying this doesn't necessarily prove innocence.
