    Anyone else notice that Dame's home smoke detector was beeping in the background during the interview--exactly the same as it did during his interview with Jim Rome months ago? I swear it happened during both phone interviews. I guess he refuses to swap out the battery or just got used to that beep.

    Unfortunately, I know that beep all too well. My dog freaks out when he hears it. I've had to replace the batteries in those Honeywells more than a few times.
