There is no reason this series should take 5, maybe 6 games. We are clearly the superior team. Great shot my MSL on the 1st goal, but in that close to the net i want Stepan to grow a sack and shoot more.
Great start, that Voracek goal hurts a bit but I like how this team is playing. Need to get more shots on Emery
It's so nice to know that now that we have the lead we will continue to shoot and try to score rather than put 5 behind the puck at all times and only look to block shots.
I thought the Flyers played well in the 1st period, much better than the 1st game. I also thought we played pretty well in the 1st. Frustrating to see McDonagh beat on their goal, but pretty solid stuff. Keep getting pucks on net. Next goal huge in this one. Takes the game back over for us, or gives them a tie and mo. We'll see.
I like our game Chuck. They play like this I have no complaints and we will like the outcome. Was really worried about the start and they came out playing well. Emery is so freaking slow side to side keep passing
I agree, I think we were fine. I think the biggest change was the Flyers playing much better/harder. Good for them.
Clearly Emery has issues going from side to side. That's pretty much how the Rangers have scored all of their goals. I have no idea what Girardi was doing on the Flyers goal.
Dis, I said that about Emery being slow 5 minutes before the announcers said it. But you're right. I don't post much but I always read the comments. Everybody is always saying shoot the puck. With Emery, make the extra pass if it's there.
Rangers better raise their level again. Slopiness in their own zone (no more Fast please) leads to a PP. Philly deserves it.

Respectfully, I don't want to hear about Kreider Dis. I am sure Philly would like their starting goalie as well. We had a 2-0 and their game rose and ours sank. 4 on 3...let's go.
Good for Philly. They deserve evetything they are getting here. Rangers coming up with a new way to blow a game 2 at home.... Let's wake up.
