their offense is scary. Their head guys actually score, unlike Nash,

I would not count LA out. It is 3:1 in the series but they are more than capable of coming back and tying the series. Plus the Sharks always seem to choke in the playoffs.

Totally agree. Kings also are 2 years removed from a SC. They have guys who have been thru the wars and as Step says, the Sharks have guys that largely play small when it matters most. Game 5 is huge for SJ. They lose this is going 7

Talk to me after game 5 if the Kings win. Until then I don't buy the Kings making this big come back. Win game 5...then we'll talk.

Quick was horrible the first 3 gms. I don't trust the Sharks but they are way up in the series. Kings have heart and closing out those teams is not easy.

    Let's talk Chuck :-)

Shutout in game 5. Quick has found his game. Going back to LA for gm 6. This is not only going 7 IMO but you are going to have a team that is mentally tough who knows how to win these games going against a core of players in San Jose who have done nothing but underachieve in the playoffs for many years.

The Kings are a tough out

Now we have a series. Before I got all oh the Kings are back in it I wanted to see them win game 5 in SJ. They did. Now the Sharks could be in trouble. You would expect the Kings to win game 6, so that one should go 7 now. And LA will have all the mo into that game. Should be very interesting. The winner then plays the Ducks most likey in another great series.

BTW...that Avs/Wild series is really good as well. I think that goes 7 also. I think the Hawks have an edge in the next round though.

    West playoffs have been great.

And here's comes Game 7 for the fragile Sharks Chuck...Kings are battle tested and deep.

I thought the Devil-Ranger games were edgy.....Kings-Sharks is
a vicious series. Wow. I like the way the King players back each other.
Sharks had a 3-0 lead totally disappear. I'd say the Kings are in the
    Sharks' heads.

    My picks are looking sharp...LOL.

Had Kings in 7. Hawks in 6. Pens in 6. Us in 7. Habs. Bruins in 5. Avs. Ducks.

I like the Wild to beat the Avs in that game 7 though. And flip a coin in the LA/SJ game 7. Money is on LA, but I think the Sharks will play well. Lean LA though.

Two game 7's for sure. Maybe 3 depending on what we do tonight. If we play a game 7 it will be 7:00 tomorrow night at MSG. Let's hope that one never happens though...:).

hey Chuckles, as long as we're playing the "see I was right game," I believe you had picked the Bolts until a certain someone told you that without Bishop the Habs would absolutely roll thru them because Lindback sukkkks.......:ghoti:

Yes, you did make me re-think that one Prod, and you nailed it. And it worked out for me (which means nothing anyway since I don't have $$$ on the line...:)).

In hindsight Bishop or not the Habs win that series.

I think the Wild will beat the Avs though, so that will be an L for me.

I can't see the Wild taking that game. With Duchene getting back into the swing of things I'm going Avs in that one.

I do think the Kings take their game 7 though. And here's a prediction: Gabby will score a big goal in that game

Here's the thing, the Wild has really outplayed the Avs in that series. Now the Avs have a lot of talent up front, especially with Duchene back, but overall the Wild deserve that series.

The way they lost game 5 was a joke. The refs F'd them in that one.

With that said winning game 7 on the road is tough. If the Wild can get past the first 10 minutes or so tied or ahead, I think they take it.

I agree with you on the Kings. I think they win that game 7. Just need to not get buried at the start.
