Just want to wish the Blazers all the luck in the world against the Clippers in the Western Conference Finals. Please go easy on us old guys, and please win with class. I like LaMarcus Aldridge and Damian Lillard a lot. They seem like cool dudes.

If we don't win the first two games I see this being a short series if favor of you guys. I don't know what happened to our bench in the Dallas series, but we need them if we have any chance at all. This is a young mans league so I'm afraid this is the end for us. Tim Duncan has played in 218 playoff games. That's almost 3 extra seasons of basketball. We had a hard time putting away Dallas so I KNOW we're in trouble in this series.

    Good luck!

So, is this your idea of a reverse jinx thread?

BTW, welcome to S2. It should be one hell of a series. Beating you guys will take absolutely everything we have.

Not a bad first stab at a reverse jinx!

But you could have done much better.

The future, especially for this series, is wide open. Obviously I want the Blazers to win, but I'm not sure of our chances. The Spurs just execute so well.

Thanks, and the Spurs are my favorite team after the Blazers. Love that organization.
    Best of luck.

thanks but Quit stealing my favorite cheer leaders. Patty mills, udoka, and then jeff ayers. You guys have no soul, I no sooner buy a jersey and then they are cut and get a job with spurs.

Lol!! No serious, guys. I mean it. We always have trouble at your place, so games 1 & 2 are HUGE for us.
It's all about match-ups and I think you guys match up really well against us. Since our core players are old and
just got through with a grueling 7 game series, if I was coaching the Blazers, I would run run run RUN it down
our throats EVERY possession. We're going to try and make this a half-court series, if we can do that we
    have a chance.

Here's my facebook page, so you guys can see what I posted before game 7 against Dallas.

P.s. And thank you kindly for the warm welcomes. \m/ \m/

First Parker and Pops, now the Spurs faithful. They must hold classes in the AT&T Center on how to lull your opponent into a false sense of confidence with high praise and compliments. Begone Wolf in sheep's clothing!!

There's a reason the Spurs had the best record and multiple championships over the last decade+. They're well coached, they play the right way and they're very deep. It would be great if the Blazers can win one, but the Spurs will most likely win it in 4. I think the Blazers are just happy to be here while the Spurs realize they're just getting started. At least it'll be good experience for the Blazers going in to next year, and knowing they lost to the eventual champions will be a silver lining to what will no doubt be a humiliating and humbling week. I just pray the Spurs have mercy and end it quickly.

The only time my household doesn't root for the Spurs... is when they play our Blazers. Your bunch is a talented class act and my only regret for this coming series is that it is not for the WCF.

Yeah, I usually cheer for the Spurs to come out of the west when the Blazers aren't in it (which has been pretty usual the last 15 years or so). I've always been a Duncan fan, especially due to his Lakers stopping ability. :MARIS61:

The other franchises I don't really like in the west for one reason or another.
