In all honesty, I need to get back at least what I paid. I know a lot of people are gouging the prices on Craiglist. It's funny that prices have come down significantly since we lost the first two games though.
It doesn't have anything to do with wanting to go. I can't afford to go to both games. I bought tickets to both games because they hadn't announced the schedule yet, but I'm going to be out of town for mothers day. I'm still going to game four though.
It has been a weird market. Initially, the prices were high but there was not much inventory. After the first loss, it seemed like everyone decided they wanted to sell.
Are you implying that his story is not legit? I do not think he bought them to resell. When the resell went out you had to buy blindly knowing that games were on Mothers Day weekend. If he waited the same seats would have been gone.
