Fifty-nine picks into the 2014 NFL Draft, the Colts finally were on the clock. And with one of the last selections of Round Two, the Colts selected Ohio State offensive lineman Jack Mewhort.

As noted on the NFL Network telecast, Mewhort (6-6, 309) was announced as a guard at the draft, which could indicate the Colts are looking to move Mewhort, a collegiate tackle, to the interior line. The Colts have established starters at tackle in Anthony Castonzo (left) and Gosder Cherilus (right).

Mewhort was the Buckeyes’ left tackle for his final two seasons in Columbus. He also has starting experience at guard.
