The Jaguars used the 114th pick in the NFL Draft on Oklahoma cornerback Aaron Colvin, who tore his ACL at the Senior Bowl. According to Mark Long of the Associated Press, the Jaguars said they expected him to start the season on the physically unable to perform list, and aren’t ruling out the possibility of him playing this year. Though the Jaguars have some immediate needs, it’s a good value pick, as many thought he’d be a second-rounder before the injury.
