Joao Barbosa won the Brickyard Grand Prix on Friday night, stretching his fuel to the limit in the IMSA TUDOR United SportsCar Championship race. Barbosa, teaming with Christian Fittipaldi in the Action Express Racing No. 5 Corvette DP, finished 48.964 seconds ahead of Scott Pruett in the 2-hour, 45-minute race on the at the 2.439-mile road course. "I was saving fuel the whole time," Barbosa said. "The end was kind of easy, but to get there was so, so hard. It was unbelievable. ... I kept asking the team, `How are we doing on fuel?
