We've gotta have this guy. On basketball-reference.com, his similarity scores read like a Bulls Who's Who - Quentin Dailey, Bobby Hansen, Eddie Robinson and Trent Hassell.

The Bulls have three open roster spots, but only plan to sign two more players? Oh well, I guess an extra $915,243 in PROFITS!!!!!! is more important than having a 15th man on the roster.

I guess it could be that they are waiting to see if anyone else becomes available, like Augustin did last year in December?

All kidding aside, unless there's a wing out there that they really like, I wouldn't be surprised if the Bulls are done giving out guaranteed contracts this summer. As long as they have enough players for practices, they should maintain flexibility to be able to react to unforeseen needs caused by injury.

With 12 players under contract, there is really no reason for the team to give out another guaranteed contract unless a "too good to pass up" player becomes available. But I feel they already were very lucky to land Brooks for the minimum, but who knows?

They are better off waiting until training camp to see which player(s) blows them away.
