I saw on another place that he is a free agent next summer, is that right? With all of the Marc Gasol talk i feel he has gotten lost in the shuffle, and with him being drafted by Neil (he was, right?) he makes some amount of sense. I guess it depends on if Neil could convince him to leave LAC.

He is, but I was really impressed with the strides he made under Doc last year. Pisses me off as a Warriors fan but Doc really changed the trajectory of his career IMO.

Can he make free throws? If no, please proceed to the next Free Agent.

I think it's apparent that Neil likes the core that's in place.

RoLo is the better player and likely playing himself into a max contract.

    Offensive rating: #1 (128.1) - The next closest is CP3 at 124.6

    Offensive win share: #14 (7.0)

Win shares: (9.5) Right there with Lillard (9.6)

I know he can dunk cool and all, but I'd rather have Lopez.

I don't get why the hate for Lopez or the need for an upgrade. Dude did WORK last year. For the system that the Blazers run, he's pretty much the perfect fit. Plus he's super agile and has soft hands and good footwork for a player his size. Yes, he got schooled by a motivated Dwight Howard in the playoffs, but what center in the NBA wouldn't?

I'm not saying "Lock him up for the rest of his career and never look at another center again", but damn, you have an above-average starting center who compliments the real stars of the team... why would you want to fuck with that?

The needs of this team are not on the Starting Lineup.
