Blue Jays outfielder Melky Cabrera left Thursday's 2-1 loss to the Baltimore Orioles in the third inning after being hit earlier on the right elbow by a pitch. Cabrera, who was hit in the first inning by Miguel Gonzalez, was replaced by Nolan Reimold, who had started the game as the designated hitter.
