Volkswagen is recalling more than 150,000 Tiguan sport utility vehicles over a fuel pump defect that can lead to stalling. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said 151,389 Tiguan SUVs are subject to the recall. The problem is with some models from 2009 to 2014, in which gas bubbles may form in the fuel system when winterized fuel is used in warmer months or warmer areas.
