San Francisco Giants catcher Hector Sanchez might miss the remainder of the season after suffering a second concussion in a matter of weeks, and as general manager Brian Sabean told reporters, "he should be very concerned." Sanchez suffered an initial concussion July 25, when he took a foul tip from Adrian Gonzalez off his mask in the third inning of an 8-1 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers. The San Jose Mercury News reports that Sanchez was wearing a new mask when he took another foul tip off the mask during a rehab game for Triple-A Fresno on Saturday.
