^^^he very well could be. Some of the Sox recent moves puzzle me. I'm still trying to figure out why some think the Sox really hit a HR by acquiring Cespedes. His numbers are not that great and he's only under contract for one more year. ...They low balled Lester instead of locking him up when they had a chance. Now he's with another team and once he hits the FA market after the season ends I don't see the Sox outbidding everyone else for Lester. ...so in essence, they have Cespedes to play for them for one year but they have no pitching staff...as it stands, Bucholtz is their ace. The near future does not look bright in bean town.
I wish nothing but bad things for the Red sox. Honestly I can't think of any other time when a team went from worst to first & then first to worst. I also can't believe that they made a big deal the other night announcing that he had joined the great Ted Williams as the only Red Sox players to have hit 400 HRs with the team.
