This concept goes against the grain of most Christians, but I believe that no one will go to hell. I also believe that after Jesus was crucified, he paid the final price for sin.

That means that sin holds no price for man. I believe the confirmation of Christ is only to free you from the burden of sin, not the price.

So even for those that don't believe in God, I believe I will see all of you in Heaven. I'm sure the party will be of epic proportions!

    See ya in heaven

I believe that when you die you go where your mind wants you to go.

If no one was going to hell, there would be no repercussions for anything.

I think liberation of price is what frees man. I believe that liberation actually directs man into perfection.

Sin and condemnation is a method of control. I think God wanted to free us from control.

Have you ever thought that Earth is hell and our acceptance of Jesus frees us from the boundaries of Earth? God said satan has control of earth.

I've thought about, but never discredited any theory.

Yeah I am leaning towards this theory. I've had many Christians thinking I'm crazy! Haha

No, I refuse to believe that Earth is hell. Life is just too beautiful.

Exactly! And that's what I believed what Jesus was trying to teach. That life on Earth doesn't have to be hell because you are free from damnation.

It would explain why god only needed one day to rest after creating the earth/hell.

You should probably know that I am agnostic. I don't know if you thought I was Christian or not. A lot of my family are Christian though.

A day for God, eternal with no concept of time, could mean billions of years for man

I actually didn't assume one way or another. But I bet that being agnostic could have something like this cross your mind.

It is an interesting thought for sure.

I've been really pondering things like coincidence and déjà vu. Could we all be in hell right now earning our way out?

I don't believe that because I believe that price was paid through the sacrifice of Jesus. I think the freedom is when you understand what Christ has done and understand you are now eternal.

I think "earning your way" is something man made to gain control of people.

Then what do you think death actually brings. Do you think there are 2 physical locations your body goes? Do you think your body is temporary but the soul is eternal and moves on?

    Hello darkness, my old friend
Serious question, mags: what do you feel leads you to self-identify as a Christian if you depart from the general precepts of sin and the reward/consequences of the sin system? Have you considered being independently spiritual as opposed to being part of an organized religion? You can believe in God without being a Christian (or Jew, Hindu, Muslim, etc).
