    Now 1 hit through 6 against this guy. And btw: in case anyone is keeping score................

    Over his last 21 games Gardner is hitting 167 going 12 for 75 over that span with no HRs & only 4 RBI seeing his aver dip from 286 to 266. Oh yeah & he's only had one SB on only one attempt. If we have any chance at all we better hope Ellsbury's injury doesn't keep him out to long.

    ...maybe Kelley's fine job will fire the offense up.

    ...they may have dodged a huge bullet that inning...runners on 2nd & 3rd, nobody out and Toronto failed to score.

    This team is just painful to watch sometimes. In the 9th we've got Beltran, Teixeira & McCann. For most teams 3,4 & 5 is the heart of the order, but this isn't most teams. Like I said.........painful.
