...has retired. Does Olshey have a relationship with him? Did he bring him to the Clippers? Because I think he would make an excellent assistant coach. You've got to think the Pistons would want to bring him aboard in some capacity. Maybe he'll just go into broadcasting and wait to be offered a head coaching gig.
I think he would be a great HC. However, I think he should go the assistant route for a bit to polish himself (ala Brian Shaw).
I don't think you should be the sole judge of what deserves an OT or not, you have demonstrated poorly that you yourself even know.
And it shouldn't, because the OP clearly indicated a Blazer-related direction. Your posts are too sensitive.
Are you quoting the league? Black coaches are always class acts, Latinos are firecrackers and white guys are gym rats/scrappy lol
On the contrary. He has demonstrated EXTREMELY well that he isn't the best judge of what deserves an OT, lol.
Pity party of 1, your table is ready. Let it go already. No one else gives a shit (hint: neither should you). BNM
I was about to start a new thread, and this old thread popped up. This is motivated by the following sarcasm from the Athletic: I have a feeling that they're right, and that Olshey's plan is that Chauncey will be his recruiter (and later, scapegoat).
Rip Hamilton lobbying for Chauncey Billups as Blazers head coach Rip literally cried when he and Billups were separated after being on that great Pistons team.
