    Whack the Blue Jays, dump them into third, then whack the Orioles enough to keep them from best record, then of course whack the Bostons deeper into the cellar than they are.

    That might be the Oakland Team, as much as they've been whacked, it's blinded Sonny Gray who is in the process getting whacked right now. We all know that pitching is important but ever since Oakland made those deals to improve their staffs they've come up on the short end of the stick.

    Texas getting revenge over Oakland for running them down and passing them in '12. The Texas studs have been replaced with duds and are socking it to a team that held first for a long period of time. And Oaklands last games are against Texas in Arlington with Philly & the Angels between makes for a bad road to be on.
