Now, due to the study of fossil discovered in Utah, scientists have discovered an innovative dinosaur species with a truly unique giant nose named Rhinorex that lived about 75 million years ago during the Late Cretaceous period.

The discovery of new specie’s task was done by two paleontologists from Brigham Young University’s Museum of Paleontology and North Carolina State University

These scientists stated that this species has the biggest curved nose of any other creature from the Late Cretaceous period. This large duck-billed creature Rhinorex was about 9.1 meters (30 feet) long, weighing in around 3,855 kilograms (8,500 pounds); nearly as much as a southern elephant seal.
