The youngsters are looking good. We might've hit a jackpot with Duclair and Haggerty.

Hayes looks like a much better version of Brian Boyle too.

Fast looks like he found a clue. Love how the kid has looked so far.

Scary good.....Duclair, Hayes, Fast, Haggerty. So. Who stays? I really
enjoyed what each brought tonight. Realization.......it is only preseason.

And don't forget Big Mac also played well tonight and played the most minutes (24) as AV taking a long look at him. Loved the big hit at the end of the game on that cheap shot artist rinaldo who took one look at who hit him and scampered back to the bench. My guess at who stays is Duclair (at least for 9 game look), Hayes and possibly haggerty. Don't see any room at the moment for Fast who could play up here but may need an injury or a trade to do so. Can't remember the last time I saw this many young rangers with this much speed and ability. I think Big Mac is looking good enough to make the rangers start looking for a trade partner for klein and getting back some draft picks.

i dont know about this kid, i don't know hockey, but something about this kid looks like he will have a problem adjusting, it doesn't look good either when AV says no one is showing they want to be the 7th dman, and iisn't that his only shot?

even the way they talk about him, saying what he has improved on.... doesn't sound kosher to me... what was that thing he did with puck that it hit the overhead scoreboard? lol what the....

Pasta, Big mac is not playing to be the 7th d-man. He will either be the 6th d-man or go back to hartford for more seasoning. He is looking a lot better to me and his physical presence on the ice is a big plus for this ranger team.
