...some of these people just don't think before speaking.

Dan Plesac on the Grand Slam HR pitch thrown by Volquez; "The pitch itself was not the problem, the problem was the execution of the pitch." ...uhhh, OK Dan.

Dan Plesac on Russell Martin possibly not returning to the Pirates because of contract/salary demands; "It will depend on what Russell Martin is looking for."...really Dan?

...unnamed female reporter quizzing Bumgarner after game; "Madison, how big was this win for you guys tonight?" Are you kidding me?...again, some of these people just don't think.

Yep, there's an idiot for ya!
By the way...are male "reporters" allowed yet to be in female athletes' locker-rooms?
I'm kinda outta the loop on that one.

Plesac isn't the brightest bulb either....in fact, I've been disappointed with the MLB Network for quite a while. They're not on the same page as me.
Sometimes I wonder wtf they're talking about!

Pleasac, I do not like that guy at all, jumps on all the frontrunners "drinking their kool aid". Those people are supposed to report Baseball in a neutral manner. Someone need to tell Pleasac that la potencia is Spanish for the power not the man. Can't remember the lady who interviewed Bumgarners name but she works with Russo on High Heat and used to work with Brian Kenney, that should tell you something. Speaking of Pleasac I wonder what happened to another loose cannon, Mitch Williams , all of a sudden he was gone early in the year.

Not a big win for us at all. We would've been better off losing the game and getting more rest heading into next season.

Brain cramps, many of these so-called professionals get them. Its like asking a pregnant woman, "Oh are you having a baby?"...."No asshole, I'm carrying it for a friend". See what I mean?

Now that was a nice link you provided 59.

Makes Jeter's new Sports Perspective, as essential to a ball player, when the Press just doesn't get it at all.....

I can't help but split a gut, reading the posts noted herein (above)....

I thought as much last night, when I heard that, "How important was this", no f'kn clue, some of these reporters are as ignorant as a Kindergartner....! F'kn morons....

...I know that part of these people's jobs is to fill "dead air" but saying things just for the sake of saying something is the wrong approach, IMO. But why do the networks insist on hiring people who are ill-equipped to do a proper job of being an announcer?
...And sometimes they give the job to someone as an experiment and they fail miserably...anyone remember Dennis Miller on MNF?
